PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

  • Credit and Debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. You must supply a valid credit card billing address. If shipping to an address other than the billing address please provide both addresses during checkcout.
  • Paypal: We accept Paypal payments for all orders, the Paypal checkout button will be available on the first page of checkout. We reserve the right to not ship to unverified shipping addresses or unconfirmed Paypal accounts.
All orders regardless of payment method will generally ship next business day after credit card payments are processed or Paypal funds are received (Paypal E-checks take 3-5 business days to clear.)

We do not accept checks, money orders or other online E-checks.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship to U.S. zip codes , including APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and other U.S. territories. We also ship to selected countries around the world. APO/FPO and U.S. territories must use USPS Priority Mail shipping and we recommend the same for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. International customers will have estimated shipping charges quoted during checkout, please be sure to select one of two shipping types that is closest to your geographic location. In all cases shipping charges are estimates, in the event your shipping charges change we will always email you within 24-hours of ordering with the actual shipping charges and then give you at least 24-hours to return email your acknowledgment of these changes. In the event the shipping charges are higher than originally quoted we must receive an acknowledgment prior to shipping.

We do not accept any order where the IP address of the computer that placed the order is in a country that we do not normally ship to, this includes orders that are shipping to the U.S.! We reserve the right to accept or decline ANY ORDER!

We have the following shipping options available.
  • UPS Ground:
    2-5 business days normal shipping time (not guaranteed.) Below is a map showing the typical number of days for a UPS Ground package to arrive at a particular location (weekends and holidays are not business days.) This is days in transit, don't forget to allow time for your order to be processed and shipped (generally one business day.)


  • UPS 3-Day Select:
    3 business days with the following benefits.
    Delivery Commitment: Delivery by the end of the third business day.
    Service Area: The 48 contiguous states (no APO/FPO, HI, AK, or U.S. Territories.)

  • UPS 2nd Day:
    2 business days with the following benefits.
    Delivery Commitment: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
    Service Area: All 50 states with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii (not available for APO/FPO and U.S. Territories and not recommended for AK and HI.)

  • UPS Next Day Saver:
    Next business day, with the following benefits.
    Delivery Commitment
    Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day AirŪ delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively.
    Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day.
    Service Area Destinations: Available to the 48 contiguous states (not available for AK, HI, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories.) Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day

  • USPS Priority Mail:
    The postal service generally delivers Priority Mail in 2-4 mail days. There is no tracking with this service, just delivery confirmation. This is the only shipping service available for APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. We also recommend this service for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska. Since the Postal Mail rate increase in 2006 the Postal Serive now charges dimensional weight charges on any Priority Mail package over 1 cubic foot (for example a box with outside dimensions over 12"x12"x12". We are unable to quote shipping charges during checkout for oversized packages, these shipping charges will be emailed to you within 24-hours.


  • USPS Parcel Post:
    The postal service generally delivers Parcel Post in 4 to 10 mail days. There is no tracking with this service, just delivery confirmation. This service is available to all 50-states.


  • USPS Priority Mail International:
    Available to any country in our international shipping range, delivery time is generally 5-8 mail days to Canada and 8-14 mail days to all other locations, however no international shipping type is guaranteed due to unexpected delays in your countries customs. Shipping charges do not include any VAT taxes or customs duties that may be collected by the delivery person and payable to your government.

When will my order arrive? To calculate expected delivery times please take the following into consideration. We generally ship next business day plus the number of shipping days your selected shipping type will take. For example, if you select UPS 2nd Day shipping it takes one day to process your order and two business days for UPS to ship your package. Thus it is 1 (order processing day) +2 (UPS Transit days) + ? (Saturday, Sunday, Holidays) = 3 days for your package to arrive. Remember Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days and should be added to the example if they fall between our shipping date and your expected receiving date.

Oversized packaging. Shipping charges are calculated for all orders during the checkout process, however some large orders that require large/oversized packaging may have additional charges added later due to dimensional weight charges charged by UPS. If this occurs we will email you as soon as possible after the package dimensions are determined and advise you of the actual shipping charges. We will then ask you to acknowledge via return email that you approve these charges. This happens most frequently with UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day shipping. Any package sized over 36 inches (Length+Width+Height) will have additional charges added.

Additional UPS shipping fees. If shipping UPS please note that you will be responsible for any additional fees we incur if you require any special UPS delivery service. This includes but is not limited to a "change of address fee" or "return shipping charges" if you refused a package because you decided you did not want the items. These fees will be billed to your credit card and you will receive an email to advise you of this charge.

MERCHANDISE & BOX/PACKAGE CONDITION

Merchandise
All of our merchandise is new in the original, unopened packaging and in mint condition unless the item description specifically notes otherwise. This statement applies to the actual item you are buying and not the display box or packaging,(see our policy on box or package condition below).

Packaging & Display Box:
Unless there is a specific condition statement in the item description, all items ship with display boxes or packaging in average store shelf condition. Packages may have minor shelf wear due to handling at the factory, during shipping or storage in the warehouse. We do inspect all items prior to shipping for any damage beyond our normal standards. The older an item is or the more fragile the packaging is the more we may vary from this standard policy.

Below are detailed descriptions of our display box "condition guidelines" we use in our product pages. In all cases we are describing the box or packaging and NOT the merchandise. The merchandise will always be new, mint and never removed from box (NRFB) unless we specifically note in the item description. We use the term "doll" below, please assume this to mean any type of merchandise purchased.
  • New - Factory Direct: These dolls come direct from their factory shipping carton and will always be the best conditioned packaging we have available. The dolls are stored in their factory shipping carton, thus will have minimal handling.
  • Standard Condition: Display boxes or packaging will be in average store shelf condition just like you would find at your local brick and mortar store. Packages may have very minor shelf wear due to handling at the factory, during shipping or storage in the warehouse. They may also have other minor minor flaws as a result of the manufacturing process. We do inspect all items prior to shipping for any damage beyond our normal standards. The older an item is or the more fragile the packaging the more latitude we use in putting items into this category. If there is no condition statement in the item description then it is assumed that this standard applies.
  • Minor Wear: The package on these dolls will have more significant flaws than in our standard condition dolls. The flaws may include minor creasing of the cardboard, dings in the plastic window (but no cracks), scuffing or original store price stickers. These will not have any major damage such as tears or crushing. These are still good for displaying dolls in their box for everyone except the fussiest of collectors. Items that meet these guidelines will generally be listed at a 10% discount.
  • Moderate Wear: The package on these dolls will have moderate wear such as tears in the cardboard or cracks in the plastic, larger creases, some crushing or broken security seals. Overall the box is still unopened and in fairly good shape however it may not be good for displaying in-box. Items that meet these guidelines will generally be listed at a 20% discount.
  • Damaged Box: The package on these dolls is basically trashed and only good for out-of-box collecting or as play dolls. The doll will still be mint and has not been removed from the box, although the box may be opened. Items that meet these guidelines will generally be listed a 40% discount.

RETURN POLICY:

If you do not want the items purchased they may be returned in the same new unused condition as originally shipped at your expense for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

To return an item please follow these procedures:
  • Email us using the Contact Form below within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item being returned and reason for the return.
  • We will email you an RMA # (return merchandise authorization number.) This number must be clearly printed on the outside box of your return shipment (if not your package may be refused and returned to you.)
  • Repackage the items you will be returning securely and ship it back to us using the return address on your original shipping label within 30-days of the original order date. We recommend UPS shipping as this includes insurance and tracking. All returns ship at YOUR risk, if they are lost or damaged on return you will be required to process an insurance claim with your carrier.
ALL SALES FINAL on Christmas ornaments, books, any item containing edible products and items labeled as "final close-outs."

All items must be returned in the same unused condition as originally shipped. If the item has security seals or the box is taped closed these seals must be intact.

If your order shipped with "free shipping" and you return these items, we will deduct the cost of the our original shipping cost from your credit amount. Items returned without a proper RMA# or after the 30-day return period will be charged a 20% restocking fee or refused by our shipping department.

UPS is charging return shipping charges on any package refused or undeliverable due to a bad address. This charge will be deducted from your credit amount.

GOODS DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT:

If you receive a shipment that has been damaged in-transit email us using the Contact Form below within 48-hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, items damaged, and a description of the damage. We will then file an insurance claim with the carrier. It generally takes UPS 2-3 days to approve a claim and another 6-7 days to process payment of the claim. The postal service can take up to 6 months to process and pay a claim.

We will issue a full refund to your credit card once we have received the funds from the claim or reship the item if you still want it and it is still available.

PREORDER ITEMS:

Pre-ordering merchandise is an easy way to insure that you will be able to get that hard-to-find collectible as soon as it is available. No more waiting until it is released and hoping you can order it before it sells out. Please review a few simple guidelines before ordering to help make the process go as smoothly as possible.
  • CREDIT CARD BILLING: Your order will not be billed until your items are ready for shipping. We will pre-authorize your credit card for $1 at the time you place your order to verify the card and billing information, however this will not be charged to your card. If your card is due to expire before the expected ship date or you change your credit card billing address please be sure to notify us with the new date or address when available. Credit cards with expired dates or invalid billing addresses cannot be processed and will result in your order going to the back of the list and might lead to items being sold out before your order can be processed.
  • PAYPAL PAYMENT: We prefer you do not use PayPal for preorder merchandise, however if you do so than full payment must be made at the time of ordering. If you cancel an order that has been paid by PayPal we will issue a full refund if cancelled within 60-days. After 60-days PayPal will charge a transaction fee and this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • ORDER SHIPPING: All items on your order ship when available. If you want your order held until it is complete please let us know by leaving a note in the comment box during checkout. All items are subject to availability at the time of shipping, if you hold an item it could sell out prior to your order being completed (we do not hold merchandise.) Normal shipping charges apply to all shipments.
  • COUPONS: All available coupons can be used for presale items.
  • FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping is available with our "freeshipping" coupon on all orders of $100 or more. Preorder's with mulitple shipping dates or combined with in-stock items will be allowed one free shipment per order, generally the largest portion of your order. All other shipments will have normal shipping charges applied. We will also allow free shipping on any partial shipment of $100 or more.

    If you would like to have your entire order held to form one complete shipment please let us know at the time of ordering. However all items are subject to availablity at the time of shipment, we do not "HOLD" merchdanise.
  • ORDER PRIORITY: If for some reason we receive less than our full allotment of an item from the manufacturer and we over sell that item we will ship on a first-come-first-serve basis. Coupons apply to the final shipping total of your order and will not apply if your order drops below the minimum buying guideline for that coupon.
  • ITEM PICTURES & DESCRIPTIONS: All pictures and descriptions of preorder items are based on available information provided by the manufacturer at the time of sale. On occasion changes are made to the final shipping product, in most cases these are minor cosmetic changes that do not affect the use of the product. In the case of any major changes that affect the use of the product or package content (in the case of set size) we will contact you before shipping and give you sufficient time to make any adjustments that you would like to make.
  • SHIPPING NOTICE: Due to the large number of preorders we handle we are unable to notify customers in advance that their item is about to ship. You will receive our normal shipping notice once an order has shipped with your tracing information. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you MUST notify us before it ships. Once an order ships it will be subject to our normal return policy. All expected shipping dates are approximate, these dates are not guaranteed and we cannot guarantee that all preorder items will arrive at the same time. If our supplier notifies us of a delay of more than 30 days we will email you this information.
DISCOUNT COUPONS:

We frequently offer coupons good for discounts on orders, frequently with minimum purchase requirements. In the event part of this order is returned and lowers your total purchase below the minimum purchase amount, the discount will be deducted from your credit amount. For example; if you purchase two items at $25 each and total $50, thus qualifying for a 10% discount (or $5) and you later return one item, your total purchased amount is only $25 and not eligible for a discount. Your credit amount would be $25 plus $5 (the original discount amount).

WARRANTY ISSUES:

Warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer. All our products advertised are new and in unopened packaging, unless otherwise noted in the item description. We always strive to ship the best quality packaging possible however we are not responsible for minor defects and we cannot guarantee mint packaging. Also note that shipping insurance does not cover minor creasing or damage to the display box, this unfortunately is a risk of shipping.

IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS:

We make every effort to fully describe all items and give an accurate picture. However we cannot be responsible for minor variations that may occur in colors and minor details of products. Manufacturer's colors can change between production runs and may also include minor feature changes. If there is a change to a product that affects the use of the product we will make every effort to update our description or picture as information becomes available. Also note that internet colors can vary from computer to computer so this can also affect the colors you see on your computer.
